Hans Jorgensen
Hans Jorgensen grew up in the Maryland/DC/Virgina region. He was introduced to the shoe business in 1977. He has worked for Garfinckels, Hahn Shoes, Nordstrom, Richey & Co., and now Shoe Fly. He has acquired knowledge about foot issues in the last 19 years through training and working in the shoe industry. He is looking forward to continuing his career with Shoe Fly because “shoes are in his blood.”

John Koucheravy
John Koucheravy is a certified pedorthist and the general manager of Shoe Fly – Rockville. John started selling shoes at Thom McAn shoes in 1983 and managed several of their locations. In 1998 he joined Richey & Co. Shoes in Rockville as a store manager. He became a certified pedorthist in 2000 and has helped many clients with custom orthotics and shoe modifications. He is excited to be able to continue working with customers in the area since the change to Shoe Fly in 2019.

Rob Emamali
Rob Emamali is a fit specialist at Shoe Fly Rockville and a native Washingtonian. Born and raised in D.C., he attended the Maryland College of Art and Design in 1995, earning an A.A. degree in Visual Communication. After graduation, he was introduced to the footwear industry through a close friend. He started his voyage in the footwear business in 1998, where he was hired to work in the Ladies Shoe Department of a large chain department store. Eventually, after years of shoe experience, he was recruited to join the Richey Co. Shoes team (now Shoe Fly) in the summer of 2016. With his exceptional client skills and product knowledge, he has helped surge sales and customer growth here at Shoe Fly. In his spare time, Rob enjoys eating out with his wife and two sons as well as watching sports.
