Providing our customers with the highest level of service and experience is our number one priority. We are dedicated to ensuring our customers are not only satisfied but also SAFE.
Below are the steps that we are taking:
-
Daily Health Checks: Any staff member who has a temperature, is ill, or has reservations will be asked to stay home.
-
Store Cleanliness: Staff members are sanitizing the stores and surfaces. This includes chairs, doors, all counters, brannock devices, and displays.
-
Masks and hand-washing: We are requiring all unvaccinated staff to wear masks and we encourage our customers to do the same. After each customer interaction; staff members will wash their hands thoroughly and sanitize all equipment that was used during the interaction.
-
Social Distancing: We have changed our store layout and implemented store capacity guidelines to make everyone’s experience safer.
-
Free Shipping and Curbside Pickup: Anyone who would like to phone-in an order can! We are offering free shipping and curbside pickup to all customers.
Finally, we encourage our customers to take care of themselves, and if they are feeling unwell or displaying symptoms to stay at home. If there’s something you’re wondering about that you didn’t see on this list, please reach out to us.
We have always put our customers first and will continue to do so as we adjust to a new “normal.” We thank you for your loyalty and support!
We’ve been quiet on social media and email recently, and it’s no coincidence: Things are moving quickly for businesses across the globe. As a valued customer of Shoe Fly, that irony won’t be lost on you—we like to take our time. This pace is perfect on the fitting stool and in our stores, where we hold our commitment to providing quality shoes and excellent service in the highest regard. We’ve taken our time in drafting this message, too.
We are following the mandates and guidelines of state governors and the CDC and temporarily closing our stores, effective Tuesday, March 17. We all need to do our part to slow the spread of Coronavirus. We realize the impact a closure will have on our community, employees, and customers. Please know that this decision was not made lightly, and we’re doing everything we can to reduce that burden.
For so many years, our stores have been more than a brand—we’re a family. We’re confident that we can come together during this time of uncertainty, if only we can take the time to help others whenever and wherever we can. After all, it’s always been about improving your walk through life. Please take care and hang tight. We’ll kick this.
Look for good news on the horizon: we anxiously await sunshine, green grass, the return of health, and the reopening of our stores. We can’t wait to share the new season and our new lookbook with all of you.
Finally, we’re adding new features to our site, including the ability to buy gift cards online and a new mailing list signup that will alert you the minute we’re re-open.
Thank you for your loyalty,
Todd Lewis, President
